What do I need to provide?

After ordering the takedown service we will send you a form to provide the following information:

• Infringing website (URL)
• Who is reporting?
  • Name and surname or
  • Name of legal entity
• Power of attorney (additionally registration certificate for legal entities, the form will be provided)
• Basic information on reporting party- what type of economic activity are they engaged (legal entities)/link to the official website.
• Additional information on the infringementL
  • Description of the abuse
  • Detailed information depending on the removal reason
• IP rights or other exclusive rights.

How do I know I have correct intellectual property rights?

Please send us your documentation and we will verify them for you.

What are the costs?

The costs are $ 250 per website excluding VAT. VAT is applicable only if you are an EU citizin. Payment can be done via credit card, PayPal or invoice.

If EBRAND is unable to take down the website you will receive a 100% refund within 7 working days.
