They didn't delivered my package so I send a mail to what happened they answered me that they cannot track this package, this is the mail:
"Thank you for your message. Sadly we are not able to track your order down. We are really sorry for that and would kindly offer you a redelivery of the same bouquet."<br />

And they agreed to re-send the package, this is the other mail:<br />
<br />
"We forwarded the request for a re-delivery from Monday to our<br />
executing partner."<br />
<br />
At the end they decided to not resend the package eventhough they clearly lost the package with the excuse that the recipient was not know in the address, thing that it's not true but even if it was they didn't even try to call the recipient to confirm that false info.<br />
<br />
I'm not using this service again and I recommend you to do the same.
