I ordered a 2mt (6ft,5)xmas tree light show from BeDuvely in November it was supposed to come through Australia Post I rang them this morning and they checked the tracking no and said it definitely was not on their system the track no is to long my money has been taken out of my account for this, I have emailed Shyla Andrews at BeDuvely and was told to get a claim form n ref no then email to her to get another one sent I'm not happy last confirmation I had from them was it was in Dubbo NSWthat was on the 9th December maybe you can shed some light on this Company as I will have the payment reversed to my account and the bank security can deal with them I've exhausted all avenues
