I ordered the Skeleton Mask for Halloween and was very excited when it finally arrived after waiting a few weeks for it. However, it arrived with a massive rip across the back of the mask - a tear almost 12’’ long that made it impossible to even
wear the mask. The overall quality of the mask was poor and it didn’t look nearly as good as it does online on the seller’s website. <br />

I contacted their customer service right away and shared several photos of the badly damaged mask, explaining to them that it arrived in that condition. I requested a refund and offered to return the product.<br />

However, they told me that if I wanted to send back their expensive but badly damaged product, I would have to pay for shipping AND they will deduct a 30% restocking fee “as they need to keep their costs down”. After four separate emails to their customer service team the issue remains unresolved; I paid $56 for a damaged mask that is unusable.<br />

I normally refrain from posting (good or bad) reviews online but I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this seller. They sell poor quality products that are shipped in damaged condition but they refuse to take responsibility for that. <br />
