I ordered a pocket Staff on the 19th of November I was not provided with a tracking number or any information at all. I emailed support on the 7th December asking about my order and he says it's already been shipped, my status never changed on the website, however.<br />

I email AGAIN on the 15th stating how I'm disappointed because I wanted to arrive for Christmas the response I got was to just keep waiting and they'll update me - I never got updated.<br />

A few back and forths and eventually on the 21st of February, it arrived. I opened up this Chinese packaging and there it was in a plastic sealable back, nothing like what the other reviews on the site show. It instantly shot out the bag across the room, due to the fact the person who packaged it didn't use the pin that's shown in all the pictures on the site. Not only that it was also buckled and flopped around due to the quality of the staff it wouldn't retract no matter how many times I tried to push it in. <br />

It came with no bolt to secure it, no box, and almost damaged something when it shot out the bag.<br />

Awful product and I've gotten no response from the customer support.
