I made a request for a $20 jmpt withdrawal on Jul 2nd, 2022, and I received an email saying that the money had been sent to my wallet, but the money had not been sent and when I checked the transaction hash that was sent to me I found that the money had not been sent to me , and my transaction failed because there was no balance to pay the gas fee, so now the reason for not sending money to me is clear, and the problem is from the wallet from which the money was sent.. The proof that was sent to me from the technical support explains the transactions that took place in my wallet and clarifies my wallet balance is zero and the last transaction made on my wallet was 20 days ago.
