We are becoming increasingly concerned with the lack of response from this company in regards to the courses we had arranged and paid for last year. I understand that the current circumstances are out of ICCHP's control but we have emailed them on several occasions for some form of reassurance or a refund but are still to get any return from them in over six months. At this point it is beginning to feel like we might have lost our money. Most upsetting is the fact that although they seem to be unable to have the decency to answer our emails, they are still posting on their Facebook page. This has been the only reason we are hopeful of any resolution to this situation as it at least means they haven't gone out of business. We hope that this may finally spark a response and that this whole situation is just a big misunderstanding, otherwise we will have to look into legal action to recoup the nearly £6,000 we had paid.
