Thieves with no accountability

Early this morning I became yet another victim of outright theft and banning by this company that accused me of "multiple reports of using hate speech" without showing proof of my supposed violations, and, like so many others, it occured within a few days (4) of my paying for their service. When I challenged them to either provide proof of these supposed violations or refund my money, I received an email message basically stating "You're banned and there's nothing we can do about it" from some on-staff robot named "Virginia Woolf." If the company itself can't do anything to rectify its own false accusations and banning, who can??? Apparently this British company makes a practice (and a LOT of money) of accusing its paying users of violations of its terms of service just a few days after grabbing our money and permanently banning the accounts for absolutely no provable reason. After logging my complaint, I received a stock response basically stating "You've violated our terms of service, your account is banned and nothing can be done about it. No exceptions are made." No proof of my "multiple reports" of using hate speech and "discriminating against users" because, quite simply, it never happened and the company knows it - otherwise it should be simple for them to prove it, since there were "multiple reports" of the non-existent "violations." Badoo is just yet another social media site and app that makes baseless accusations and steals money from its paying members by hiding behind "woke" policies to perpetrate their criminal actions with zero accountability. These actions are well-documented on the Internet and in response, the company continues to accuse those from whom they've stolen money of their wrongdoing with no proof whatsoever; it's a beautiful scam if you can benefit from it: make accusations, refuse to prove them, ban paid accounts, claim that nothing can be done to undo it and they've just made free money by blocking accounts from using their service. They even continue to fraudulently charge members after banning them since members are immediately blocked from the site/app to remove payment card information, and the company, again, claims there's nothing they can do about it. Apparently, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this British money-making machine/scam business. Avoid doing any type of business with this thieving company and keep your money.

The site can be very fun and time-consuming but for the admins and "bouncers" of the site. First off they keep changing the name of it: It started as Lost Cherry, then became Cherry Tap and apparently have settled on Fubar, an ironically apt name for this cliquey, poorly-run popularity contest. It's set up as a virtual bar for adults only. (Not meaning "Porn" as much as for people over the age of 18). But being the "free to become a member" site that it is, it also invites the dregs of Internet humanity to stalk its unhallowed halls - including the people running the whole shooting match. Baby Jesus is the ringleader and head megalomaniac with his sidekick, Scrapper, logging in as the biggest reason to avoid this site/app altogether. It all starts with the TOS (terms of service) for this failed experiment in social networking/"virtual bar." The TOS change more often than the name does without prior notification about any changes. I guess it's expected that members need to check them hourly, if not daily, to make sure they're goosestepping with the latest "if you don't strictly conform to these rules, you'll be banned - even for the slightest infraction or sometimes no infraction" commandments. Too bad the admins and "bouncers" do as they please and don't view the rules they set up for "peon" members of the site as valid for themselves. They change the "rules" to suit the situation to which they're addressing - which is usually why they're harassing or have banned you. I could cite many, many examples of this but my review would probably take an hour to read. The only people on the site who even have minimal protection from admin/"bouncer" harassment are those who have by some means (legal on the site or not) risen to the highest levels allowed in this "game." Which generally means spending exorbitant amounts of money for virtual "stuff" of which to post on one's wall or the walls of others as "proof" of your willingness to "play by the rules." Which seem to change depending upon the amount of money one spends on the site and/or who on the site either likes you or doesn't. But even some of the highest-level members aren't immune to stalking/harassment/banning. If you somehow (even through no fault on your own part) manage to make it onto the black list of a "bouncer" or admin, your happy days on the site have already been numbered. I'll admit that quite a few members seem to think the rules don't apply to them, no matter what their level. But so many people who somehow attract the negative attention of a "bouncer" or admin are absolutely mystified when they find themselves being banned or harassed by the upper echelons of the site and honestly haven't broken any of the sketchy TOS which are always used as the crutch rationale of the putzes who run the site and pretty much do as they please, regardless of the stated TOS at the moment. As originally stated, the site CAN be fun and is very addictive as there are lots of things to do to either interact with others or just concentrate on rising to the next level, if that's all that interests you, but many people spend an inordinate amount of time trying to walk on eggshells to either not piss off the higher-level members who seem to wield power beyond their capacity as mere members or the "bouncers" and admins who seem to think the site is their own private domain on which they can do as they please to anyone for any, or no, reason. So if you choose to join the site you're basically at the mercy of those in "power" on the site whether they actually have any or not. To a certain extent it is what you make of it but too many times your fate is determined by little more than keyboard "tough guys" and trolls with nothing better to do than ruin the site for their own amusement while preaching to you to "just have fun!" - as long as it doesn't upset the lunatic fringe in power. And many times you'll be unaware of your doing that until it's too late!

Legit site but extremely filled with fakes, scammers and trolls!!!

While the site itself appears to be everything it claims to be, i.e. 100% free and open to browsing most of its content before joining, the site is hideously-run and full of scammers, fakes and idiotic trolls whose only purpose for being members is to stalk and harass everyone they deem to be a fake or scammer (which is basically everyone but themselves, according to the same trolls). They even admit that they steal others' pictures yet they're allowed to continue stalking and harassing anyone they choose with either legitimate reason or not (their opinions are all that matter to them). I was accused by several of these trolls of stealing pictures from a site to which I'd belonged for many, many years. These Einstein trolls seem to think that NudeWeb is the only place on the Internet that allows members to post their pictures. And that they somehow are the people to whom you need to prove that your pictures are actually yours or have to prove anything at all. So if you use anything but freshly-taken selfies on this site, be prepared to be stalked and harassed by these geniuses. The admins are equally worthless when it comes to policing the site for legitimate fakes and scammers. I was recently harassed by an admin going by the handle of "Yummy Bird" who took it upon herself to remove every picture from my profile and even posts on my own wall because I chose to call out a few of the myriad trolls and proven fakes and scammers who approached me in private or on my wall with their bait for their scams, or accused me with zero proof of my "stealing" my pictures from a website I'd used for over 10 years. She advised me that she couldn't allow me to do "silly things" such as defend myself against these trolls or call them out as trolls nor post on the profiles of fakes letting them know that I know that they ARE fakes,along with my proof that they're fakes without "suffering repercussions." Ironically, the same trolls who stalked and harassed me as well as hundreds of other members - with no proof - suffered no "repercussions" for the same "silly" things they did. She even sent me a private message stating she thinks I'm real (as if her opinion matters one iota) but one of the trolls who stalked and harassed me for days probably was not - AFTER removing all my photos and deleting posts from my wall. I don't mind so much having to deal with trolls but when an idiot admin dishes out double-talk nonsense like that and acts like she did for no good reason it's time to go - which is exactly what I did. I didn't fight nor argue, I just told her that after she took it upon herself to remove my 100% real pictures she only added fuel to the troll fire and to remove my account. Afterward she even left me a message in one of the public forums crying about "How do you think I feel about having to deal with these immature people all day long?" I couldn't care less how she "feels about it!" She signed up for the job so if doing her job makes her "feel badly" then she needs to stop being an admin on such a joke of a website! The clueless admins of this site are fully aware of the scammer/fake/troll plague on the site and their advice? "If you don't like it, don't use the site!" They don't even attempt to police the site themselves, they wait for others to report fraudulent accounts and then maybe ban them. Hence, the presence of so many self-righteous trolls who believe it's somehow their responsibility to stalk and harass everyone they think are fakes/scammers and are just as deleterious to the site, if not more so, than the actual fakes/scammers. The best advice I can give anyone about this site is to stay far, far away from it unless you're a professional troll, a master scammer or you want to be a power-hungry, clueless admin! Update! I checked out the site again since I'd noticed the main troll who was hassling me had been banned, so I made another profile just for shits and giggles. I minded my own business and didn't hassle anyone about being a fake or a scammer only to be banned from the site after only two days or so! I'm pretty sure it was power-mad "Yummy Bird" again as I'd done absolutely nothing for which I should otherwise had been banned. I didn't even use the same profile picture as my initial profile had but apparently that doesn't stop a jackass admin from doing whatever she wants instead of properly removing either obvious fakes or rampant trolls such as "GimpChimp."
