I purchased a travel insurance from them and the plans changed when my travel companion's visa got rejected and we couldn't go during those dates. Then I reached out to this company asking if they could cancel my insurance (as I wasn't sure about
the new travel dates at the time), to which they said no. <br />

Then I asked if they could change/delay the dates instead to the end of the month, which they said they would but they FALSELY ACCUSED me of VISA FRAUD and they told me they would be reporting me to the system/authorities. I have never faced such unfounded accusations in my life before and this is beyond unacceptable. <br />

People's plans change due to unforeseen circumstances and you cannot threaten your customers when they want to make changes to their plan. I demand an apology as this is extremely offensive and I will NEVER purchase insurance from them. <br />

Beware, their customer service is ready to accuse you and they will tell you they will report you to the system "for fraud" if you want to make changes to your insurance. I am extremely disappointed. Had my travel companion's visa been approved on time for the initial dates I provided, this would not have happened, but now I know that next time I travel to Europe, I won't be purchasing my insurance from this company.
