Worst customer service experience of my life!!! My pictures printed green so I contacted the company. They said I could return the pictures (I would need new boxes because the boxes they came in were impossible to reuse after opening and that I
would need to pay the shipping fees). At that point, it would be very expensive to return[removed by editor]pany never gave me a shipping address; many emails were not replied to for days or at all so I had to follow up; representative refused to give me a phone number or allow me to speak to a supervisor. I ended up trying to reach out via Instagram in the hopes of speaking with someone new who might be helpful, but the same representative replied - I knew I would get nowhere. Not just frustrating but honestly heartbreaking to spend $200 to have special memories turned green and not receive any help with it.
