Customer services agent barely spoke English and couldn't fully explain why they were phoning me in relation to the money they were after.
When I started asking questions, they just consitently referred to the fact the account had been passed to
them despite me explaining it was still in dispute with the original company. They phoned every day for a week haranging me.
