Ordered a dress, arrived a month later and arrived in the wrong color. Close to a month after I returned the dress (which was a nightmare), I still had not recieved a refund. When I finally did get it, it was $8 short, as well is $5 short for the origional shipping cost. I will say that their customer service exists, and with many back and forth emails, and having to worry about it for an absurd amount of time, they'll help you out.
