Regarding the product Laica mobile aerosol dispenser NE1005, in the amount of 365,00 lei), I would like to inform those interested in becoming customers of this online shop that the seller (LaicaShop.ro) lies by omission on how to maintain and use (at least, on this product that interested me), forcing buyers to buy in addition a part that is considered consumable (worth 170.00 lei), because it has a very limited life (500 cycles of nebulization or 1 year of nebulization treatment) ... although the product offers 2 years warranty, but that will never be reached in this price of 365.00 lei! <br />

When adding the item to the cart, nowhere on the product page is it mentioned that you have to purchase this consumable part, exactly half of the selling price of the product itself, in order to leave the customer free to choose whether to continue shopping under the given conditions, or not... in my case, if I had been correctly informed on this aspect, and not "lied to by omission", I certainly would not have ordered it!<br />

My return was refused even though I have 2 days since I received the item on the grounds that I had unsealed it (i.e. cut out that 2cm circumference bubble present on the product packaging, and without which I would not have had access to the user manual in particular! <br />

I don't recommend this company that appeared out of nowhere and promotes the 14 calendar days return policy to the consumer for no reason, but if you broke the seal of the item (it's not the seal of Stephen the Great, with hemp, wax and his ring transposed over the two, but a banal, transparent tape that comes off by itself, without anyone's intervention) the return becomes off-limits!<br />
Where is the logic here?... to put 2 rules that clash, just because the law obliges you to offer 14 days return on products sold online, but one of them cancels the other (I ordered the item, I have to open the box to see what I received, otherwise why would I have ordered, if you condition me that, to accept the return, the product box must have the seal intact and untouched!
