I was pestered for Discovery call 3 days after I buried my husband. I lost my husband on the 22nd of January last year. Imagine the stress the grief. The funeral was withheld on the 16th of February. I got the discovery call on the 19th of Feb 2021. They were pushy and forced me into something I was not comfortable to sign in for. I was grieving and still am for a matter of fact. I was vulnerable and they took advantage of the situation when I repeatedly said that I lost my husband and I am not in a financial situation to do so. The sales person was very pushy, told me to act now that it is for my health. They told me that this would be the best of your life! take action now , they said! <br />
I reached out to them and their contact details are so hard to locate. They would not budge for a refund on compassionate grounds. They didn't care I was depressed and stressed out, they got their money and did not care about doing the right thing . They showed no empathy till the end, sticking to a contract that only serves and protect their greedy interest. They did not budge in court either and I don't have the time to waste in court for something they won't budge for. Mark my words this is going to Current affairs!
