This whole company is a complete scam. As it stands I have nine websites, after four months one order, probably not even running now and I cannot even be bothered to check them. They were sold on the basis of me just putting in Paypal details. No support at all technically. I received one order, which was only put because it was the tenth of the price I could purchase it for! I have identified the seller, Chris Douglas, as a former property scammer, and he seems to be banned from ebay. I have put that to him. No denial at all. No explanation from him, just that I should read his terms. I am a trained paralegal and worked in contract law for 15 years. I do not need to read your contract. You put promises on your website and eBay ads then you have to live up to them. That is the law. You make promises to induce people to buy your product and if you don't deliver you have indduced a person into incorrect terms. He is still a fraudster.
