premium membership says i can stream with up to 4 devices at a time but if you try to view even with just 2 devices a time it locks the other tv app. doesnt hold up. waste of 13 dollars per month. sad to admit was getting better stuff when i was

product shipping is always delayed and 30 day return is already running out. they won't even extend the return window because of the pandemic. maybe doing this so refund can be invalid as much as possible. I probably won't be able to avail their

contacted customer support on an order that had no updates for almost a week. they responded by cancelling the order, which was not what i asked for. i clarified to them i dont want the order canceled and they didnt respond. a few days later they
