I was contacted 3 times in one day by them. They have your Christian name which they use liberally. They talk so fast you can't catch what they are saying before transferring you to the [removed by editor]y Account Manager who will guide you through the internet to help you get your money back, but they emphatically state that you do not need to pay any money. On all 3 occasions as the caller transferred me to his manager, I wandered off and just left the telephone unattended.<br /> <br /> Yet they called me again. Because they were so persistent in contacting me I played along and actually agreed to speak to the [removed by editor]y Manager, Richard. I then proceeded to challenge what he said because I would have expected to receive correspondence via the post. I asked him who the Regulatory body was that governed them. At this point he said I should check the email they had sent (which I did not get), so he agreed to send another one.<br /> <br /> The email originated from [removed by editor] which I have since checked on LinkedIn to see whether they existed. They don't!<br /> <br /> They sent me this pdf document that was supposed to be on corporate headed paper after I suggested that they may also be scammers too. Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, lack of company registration details, lack of street details, the omission of the Regulatory body that they are governed by and finally the failure of the so called [removed by editor]y Manager to even include his surname. They will be calling me back to convince me to give them remote access to my laptop. If I hadn't downloaded and saved to file I would not have seen the typo errors. I genuinely have made no changes to it. <br /> <br /> Definitely a scam!
