I'm a first time customer. Ordered one for GA. The whole process was hassle-free and I received the product in less than a month. It looks just like the real one. I plan to use it only where it's visually inspected. So I can't speak to its scannability, but it'll definitely pass visual inspection.<br />

The ordering process is hassle-free as long as you follow the instructions. The website is not Amazon quality ;-) But, as long as you follow the instructions, it's fairly easy to order.<br />

Another thing is, they tack on an extra $20 processing fee even for free shipping orders. SO the total for one order comes to $120. They require a single store gifft card. So buy one for $120.00. Luckily for me, I didn't buy one until I saw the final amount. So it was not a problem. I used a Walmart store gift card, and it went through fine.<br />
