I ordered them a big package. The package arrived but 3 products were missed and one item does not work. They denied everything. They suggested that I am not capable of checking the contents of a box, which is very rude. They refused to send me
missing products and repair the one what was not working. I even offered to them that they can refund me the missing products price and the repairing costs, which would save them a lot of money on shipping costs. They refused to do that as well, and after that they ignored my messages as well. Never experienced this attitude from an online store before.
