I received n add on my mobile from Vaiva for a Vegetable chopper for 0.95p and I thought what a bargain and I ordered one. I got it but was not impressed with the quality and it was very tacky and certainly very dangerous to use and never use it and
put it in the garage. Unfortunately, when I checked my Credit cards account yesterday, 3/2/22, there was a charge of £29.95 from Vaiva. I called Vaiva and was told that it was a monthly membership fee. I was horrified as I was never asked nor gave my consent to join and I was told it was automatic when I order my first order. I was angry and pissed off especially when I discovered that the stole 3 payments of £29.95 in Nov & Dec 2021 and Jan 22. I was furious and pissed off and demanded my money back but Vaiva was not helping and is disgracefully hiding behind the subscription terms. Too many customers reviews fell for this trick and gave Vaiva a bad review. The director is Carsten Madsen and here the holding company Dansk Smykkeimport ApS, company no 29977259 where you can search for it. I am trying to organise a visit to Vaiva address in Dalton House - 60 Windsor Avenue, London SW19 2RR and to demand our money back plus compensation. I ask everyone who has been scammed by Vaiva to join me in sharing and passing on their scam and to demand all of our money back. Please share your experience.
