We have booked car prior 02 days of our journey and paid require deposit amount. However till journey day thay haven't provided car and giving false commitment and silly excuses. It seems that they really don't bother about customer. Still 1 week of
advance payment they haven't refund our money yet. Worst service and worst staff behaviour.
