I have placed a few orders over the year

I have placed a few orders over the years with his company but for the last 3 months they will not get back to me every time I message them to ask where my order is it unusual for them to take the money out of the bank on a pre-order it doesn't

Thank you for your review which has only just been found because I do not use Scam Advisor, not until now dated June 2022.

Major apologies but firstly I need to mention that there is no record of a Karen Buttler on the accounts, are you sure it was Figureland because if this was extremely urgent, you could have simply called the business line.

No money is taken from any customer and you are most certainly not forced to pay up front, that is down to the customer how they wish to pay or not pay because our Pre-Order Policy does state you can pay up front, spread the cost and even pay nothing if you wish so I have no power over the payment being taken, that is down to the customer if they wish to pay up front.

Due to amount of customers that were messaging about Pre-Orders which everyone was told about in the Policy, they were simply ignoring the Policy because products were being constantly delayed so the inbox got flooded and many messages were not getting through so things became very difficult but we would never take anyone's money for a Pre-Order then just ignore them, we contact all customers when the stock arrives no matter how late that may be and that's all we can do with Pre-Orders.

The only place you can try and get an answer from when there are delays are the manufacturers because Figureland is a retailer, we do not make the products we sell and when delays occur, we have to wait and then we update customers or the product pages if we have any updated information and trust me when I say, Pre-Orders can be complex and challenging and it's not nice when you cannot respond to every message, many do get missed and there's no man power to deal with emails that came in floods so I can only apologise but again, the Policy is there so don't be concerned, all Pre-Orders are secure and safe, and I wish the products would arrive on time!

Please contact me right away because leaving a review on here that has only just been found June 2022, when was your review put up and have you been in touch since this review was written?

As stated in our Pre-Order Policy which you agreed to, it says not to contact us regarding Pre-Orders because we cannot assist you until the stock arrives and that delays may occur, which they did for some time and it was out of everyone's control and there was nothing we could do but wait and that's all I ask of customers, to simply wait and when the stock arrives, you'll be notified and this is the way it's been for almost 7 years.

Every question sent in about Pre-Orders are usually similar, like when will they arrive, any news, you don't have them by the date shown, and many more and they are all answered for every customer in the Policy and more on the FAQ page.

It's extremely tough when so many messages come in and you cannot keep up with them all and that's why the Policy is in place to assist every customer but as mentioned, we have a phone line which any customer is happy to use to call us because it's a pleasure speaking with customers.

Messages were also on the top of the website and on outgoing messages about all the delays plus it does state to ignore the release dates because as always they are only estimates, not actual arrival dates and any questions you may have are all answered in the Policy.

Please call me Karen to rectify this unknown problem because as mentioned, there is no Karen Buttler on the accounts so I would need an order number please.

Apologies for the lengthy reply but I have to do the best possible to rectify an issue that I was unaware of so I'm concerned.
