Placed an order for my 75 year old mother for a Christmas gift for her grandson. Received an email sometime later (that I almost missed because it was from an individual's name and not the store name) stating that my order had been put on hold. I
called them and they said it was because I had used a different shipping address than the billing address. I explained it was my mother's billing address and my shipping address. I followed his instructions and immediately emailed him a copy of MY photo ID and was told that I would still receive the gift by Christmas. The next day I get a text message that the ordered had been canceled. Called them again and was told it was because the MY photo ID didn't match the billing info...duh, I told them that yesterday! He told me I just needed to go online and order it again and that it wouldn't get to me by Christmas. Being that none of this was my fault, you'd think he would have resubmitted the order and made sure it got shipped in time.
