This company cannot be trusted when the airline cancels flights. They will not refund monies due to customer. I have waited for over a year for my previously agreed refund but Edreams do not properly pursue airline (KLM) and do not keep you informed as to reason for the delay in payment of refund or seek to resolve matters. They repeatedly send standard emails to customer saying wait 30 days and then nothing happens. Always book your flights directly with the airline using a credit card. This may be cost a little more than booking through online travel agent but you are more likely to get a refund. Also edreams customer support is not UK based (probably Asia) and just blames the airline. I would regard Edreams as a company which does not care about it's contractual legal obligations which means customers can lose their money when flights are cancelled. They do not escalate issues with the airline so the customer is effectively unsupported and without monies properly due. This is a deceitful and pernicious type of scam in my opinion.
