I ordered two pieces of furniture. I never received the shipment which on their end showed delivered.I never received anything. The only contact is an email address which I did corespondent with just to get strung along with lies deceit and treachery. I wanted a refund they said they could not refund so I said to send out a replacement and it has been one excuse after the other instead of just sending out a replacement overnight to satisfy their customer they continue to delay saying that they have never heard from me, and they can send one out if I agree with their solution, I have over 70 email correspondence with the same copied and pasted email that they sent me in response to my inquiries. This is a no good shopping website they are lying. I sent the emails to PayPal and was awarded a refund but they told me they can’t refund.
