So disappointed. We ordered 2 adaptors for a job. Total for the adaptors was $45.78 + tax + shipping, which was another $23.96, so the total was $75.56.
We received the wrong adaptors. We've called several times and they never call back. They only email and it takes a while to receive a response for each email we send. We have to email them a couple of times before they finally respond back. We have several email threads with them regarding this but the main point is that they will refund us the $75.56, if we return the item, at our expense. They made the mistake of sending us the wrong item, but we have to pay to send it back to them. Or they said they will refund us $50 and we keep the items, but whose to say they really will refund us, so we don't know what to do. If we keep and take the $25 loss, then what can we do with 2 adaptors that we don't need. And if we return and have to pay for the shipping, whose to say they will actually refund the $75.56 like they are saying. We are out money regardless and never received what we actually ordered and needed. What a waste of time and money! Very horrible way to treat people. I don't understand how this can be legal; how they are running this business and what they are doing to people. Stay away from this company. It's not worth the hassle.
