Hotel booking of a room with 2 Queen beds was made 6 months in advance of a Vegas trip. After reading several mixed reviews I chased confirmation directly from the hotel after 2 months of booking to be advised no booking was found on their system from Stay for long. Stay for long continued to email me to say booking was confirmed but could not provide a hotel reference. They refused to refund the deposit and proceeded to take the full amount without providing confirmation. A week before the trip I finally got confirmation direct from the hotel but was told it was a room with 1 bed and a sofa bed not what I paid for or wanted, hotel said if I wanted the original request i would need to upgrade upon arrival if rooms were available. Notifying Stay for long of this they continued to delay and just emailed to say issue was in hand. Upon arrival the hotel confirmed the room but only with the 1 bed. As there were no other rooms available to suit I had no choice but to take the cheaper room. Throughout my stay I continued to email Stay for long the who again delayed and stalled with no resolution. Returning home I have tried numerous times to get a refund on the difference I paid for and all that was offered was £50 which is not even 10% of the differenc . DO NOT USE THEM, once they have your money they will not assist you. Stick with the more reputable companies and pay a little extra for a stress free holiday.
