6/10/23 ordered 6 dresses
7/12/23 a package arrived with only 1 dress. The dress had differences from the photo regarding neckline and waistline which made it uncomfortably tight around the throat and unattractively saggy around the mid section. I
contacted customer service the same day asking about the missing items. <br />
7/14/23 customer service told me "We split your order in 3 packages The first package is still out of stock and will be delivered in about seven days. The second package was shipped out already."<br />
7/26/23 a package arrived with one dress that looks nothing like anything I ordered or like anything else on their website and is a low quality ugly piece of fabric in the basic shape of a dress. I contacted customer service the same day asking to cancel the rest of the order and return the two items.<br />
7/28/23 customer service told me "We checked this package still in transit and already exported out now." No response to my complaint about the poor quality item received, wrong item received, or my request to return them. <br />
8/15/23 Third package arrived with yet another piece of low quality material that did not match anything in my order or even anything on their website. Contacted customer service the same day asking (again) for return instructions and a refund. <br />
8/17/23 customer service requested photos. I provided them again (I had already done so).<br />
8/22/23 customer service says "We have reported this to our suppliers, they are checking this problem now." And they offer me $30 to keep the garbage products. I repeat my request for return instructions and a full refund. I tell them they have 24 hours to provide these before I go to my credit card company for a resolution. <br />
8/25/23 customer service says "You should send the parcel back if you want a full refund,also it will need about one month or more time for us to receive your return order. So we do not suggest that you do that. Sincerely hope for your understanding. Let us both make one step, you can tell us a refund amount, we will consider it based on reasonable circumstances." Since there are no return instructions or mailing label provided as I requested, I still have no way to send anything back. I reply again that a full refund is the only refund amount that is acceptable "based on reasonable circumstances."<br />
8/26/23 I receive a third low-quality piece of fabric resembling a dress that does not correspond to anything in my order. I take the issue to my credit card company.
