I ordered a Christmas present December 2nd, 2019. I received a confirmation and then a tracking number. It is now December 19, 2019 and the tracking number has said my gift has been in California since December 8th. I emailed the company to tell
them I have not received it and the lady wrote back for me to describe the condition the product came in and to send a clear picture. Once again, I said I have not received it and I have not heard back
