Unfortunately I’ve had a horrible experience with Niftiee. I signed up to the monthly direct debit of £3.99 that on the website says cancel anytime and I literally cannot cancel it! Niftiee will not cancel my subscription!
Over 5-6 weeks I have
completed the contact form on the website 3 times, phoned 3 times, the first two I left a message that wasn’t returned, the third someone eventually answered and I was told they cannot cancel my subscription by phone, and had to send an e-mail to [removed by editor] I sent 5 e-mails to there over 9 days, and not one response, the last one I selected to receive a read receipt and still have received confirmation that they read the e-mail!<br />
I then noticed that it goes through my bank account as perx. I have now e-mailed [removed by editor] 8 times over 10 days, so in total I have tried to get this cancelled 19 times! I have received 5 responses from this e-mail address, some saying they are looking into it, one giving me a false e-mail address, but to date over 5-6 weeks still not resolved they have not resolved this 2 minute matter!<br />
Really stressed and angry about this, I suggest anyone that is considering using Niftiee take account of the above horrible experience.<br />
