Non pick-up of wrong item & non-refund of Rs. 37, 000/-

I had ordered an item of Rs. 37,000/- from after discussion on Whatsapp and Telephonic conversation with Mr. ***** on Mobile No. *********** displayed on site on 23rd April, 2019. His other Mobile No. is **********. He asked me to deposit some advance in SBI A/C No. *********- ********* MICR Code-********* in name of ********** *********. I deposited Rs. 2000 in this account as advance. Their despatch team called me from Mobile No. ********** to confirm the address.
On 24th April, 2019 they sent a SMS for Delhivery Courier Tracking. On 4th May, 2019 I received the package and paid Rs. 35,000/- to Delhivery Courier.
When I opened the package I found a cheap Chinese item not worth even Rs. 5,000/- lying between Newspapers weighing around 15 Kg. They had put in Newspapers so that package looked like containing an item of 16 Kg.
Thereafter I kept calling Mr. ***** on Mobile No. ************ & *********** and kept sending messeges on Whatsapp but neither they replaced the item nor they refunded my money.
