Online Shopping Scams DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a bag on the 19th of March. I never received any confirmation or tracking e-mails and they were not responding to my e-mails requesting updates. I ended up sending an email to the company that handled the payment and had sent me a confirmation of the successful payment. They responded and said they will contact them. Eventually, on the 2nd of April I received a bag, from a Chinese seller (!) which was a fake copy of another brand-whatever they had in the warehouse. I keep sending emails asking for an address to send it bag and get a refund but they do not respond...
