Binancecryptos.com: investment scam

Do not be enticed by the sleek look of the website. It is only a front of a more evil scheme to extort money from unsuspecting investors, like me. I am talking of over a thousand dollars’ worth of investment which I was not able to withdraw because they intentionally did on purpose.

Although they provided a support-email in their website, you could not reach any of your concern to the administration because it is not working. The only way to get to the website is through their Customer Support, who seemed to have full control of the website. I said this because despite their claim that withdrawals are automatic from the system, you still have to leave a message to the Customer Support to request for your withdrawal. This already poses a problem since anything can be changed at the discretion of the Customer Support. In fact, despite set guidelines provided by the company, the Customer Support has the power to override everything and can make actions against your investment.

My bad experience with the company began at the time when I requested for a withdrawal of my profits. I have invested $1821 in the Super VIP Plan which promises a profit of 200% after a 4-day trading. I also have a separate investment at the Starter Plan, which is their minimum investment package. My gut feeling that this site is a scam was eventually validated when after the 4-day trading expired, I requested to withdraw my profit, but instead of receiving it from by bitcoin wallet, I received an email notification that said that my investment funds were recycled and reinvested in the Super VIP Plan. This was because I received a bonus other than the earnings of my profit; and for me to claim the bonus, it needs to be reinvested. I had no choice because in the first place, I was not given even a chance to decline or accept it. It was automatically implemented by the system. As a consequence, I was not able to withdraw my profit as what I expected and have to wait another 4-days for my reinvestment to expire.

And what was absurd about the incident is that when I checked my account, my funds were not reinvested in the Super VIP Plan as indicated in the email notification. It was placed under the Starter Plan. I asked the Customer Support if it was mistakenly placed, and they said it was supposed to be in the Super VIP Plan. I waited for them to fix the technical glitch but nothing happened. I only realized later that it was intentionally manipulated by them.

At the time when my other investment (Starter Plan) expired, I also requested for a withdrawal, but instead they withheld it because they require me to invest in the Super VIP Plan. I asked the Customer Support why do I need to invest in the Super VIP Plan when I already have one, it’s just that it was mistakenly placed under the wrong Plan. They did not answer my question. That confirms my suspicion.

Eventually, I decided to pull out my capital investment because I feel there is really something illegal going on. Without being confrontational, I appealed to the Customer Service that I be allowed to withdraw only my capital investment and told them I was no longer interested of withdrawing the profit. They refused my request and even required me to pay 20% of the amount to be withdrawn.

I told them how unjust it could be to require me to pay a certain, when what I only want is my capital investment returned and I am giving them my profit anyway. As if my pleading was not enough, they changed their mind and even asked me to deposit $1,500 for me to be able to withdraw my investments and from there decide whether I choose to invest or discontinue. Upset, I told them it was very absurd. They demanded me to pay another amount. It’s like asking me to invest again when in fact I am no longer interested with the company.

Despite the many appeals I made, the Customer Service remain adamant to their demands even if they knew that their actions are clearly illegal and unconventional. They clearly only want to extort money from their investors, threatening them to withhold their profits if they do not deposit an amount or payment. And once it is being paid, they will find a way to delay the payout or even cancel it.
