FURNISHARE AKA KAIYO IS A SCAM! Read the fine print on revenue SHARING!!!

Revenue Sharing.

a) The Provider is entitled to retain revenue share (“Revenue Share”) of any amounts that Furnishare receives from any rental or sale of an Item by Furnishare to a third party (the “Provider Retention”). The Revenue Share is determined by the Provider during an item submission on the Item Submission page on the Site. This is misleading. Yes, you are permitted to set The price of your item based on its value, in my case a Peshawar Ziegler Oriental Runner Rug worth $4,000. The profit share of the sale I agreed to was 70℅. HOWEVER... The Provider shall have no right to adjust the Revenue Share after the submission is completed on the Site BUT Furnishare AKA KAIYO can adjust the price all the way down to $0! FURNISHARE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, COVENANT, PROMISE OR GUARANTY THAT AN ITEM WILL BE RENTED OR SOLD BY FURNISHARE TO A THIRD PARTY AND/OR THAT PROVIDER WILL NECESSARILY RECEIVE ANY MONIES IN CONNECTION. Furnishare has the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the price for the rental or sale of the Item, and to change that price at any time. Furnishare may, if it so chooses, set the Item rental or sale price at zero dollars ($0.00). Yes that is right my friends, KAIYO is a huge scam because they can essentially steal your furniture. I learned the hard way when I was told I would set the price and receive 70℅ of the proceeds. In addition to two Peshawar Ziegler rugs that were brand new and worth $15,000, KAIYO TOOK ANOTHER $5 K worth of furniture and art and decided to discount it all down to pennies on the dollar. After KAIYO refused to return my rugs, they decided to lower the price from $4,000 and $11,000 respectively and sold them for: Peshawar Ziegler Rug Value $4,000 KAIYO discount price: $489.00 Out of Stock — Date N/A Peshawar Ziegler Oriental Blue Black and White Floral Rug Value $11,000 KAIYO discount price: $568.00 Out of Stock — Date N/A My commission on over $20,000 worth of designer art and furniture: $628.50! SCAM SCAM SCAM
